Learners follow the story of Loan Officer Richard Scrooge who is about to commit a fair lending violation. Past customers come back to haunt him in his sleep and remind them of his past wrongdoings. Because this is an annual training, the course assumes a certain level of knowledge regarding the fair lending laws. The course was authored in Articulate Storyline. Animations were made through Vyond. Additional graphics were made in Adobe Illustrator.
